In each area that the option to save as PDF is available, you will see either a Save as PDF button at the bottom of the window, or a button on the main toolbar, depending upon the type of window displayed.

Selecting to Save as PDF will open a standard Save window. The default save path can be set up to your preferences. See PDF Settings for more information. You can select the default folder, or browse to a new folder to save the document. The filename will also default to a standard, which you can use or amend as required. Simply click Save to save the document in PDF format.

Opening a previously saved PDF file will open the document in Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed, you can find the installation on the Sage Taxation installation CD in the Support > Acroread folder.

You can also download the latest version of Adobe Reader from www.adobe.co.uk/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
